Berkeley Nicholls

General Dentistry

Influenced by his father who owned a dental laboratory and also by his favorite childhood dentist, Dr. Berkeley Nicholls was inspired to become a dentist. Dr. Nicholls attended Long Island University (LIU). Dr. Nicholls impressively remained on the Dean's List and was a part of the honors program at LIU. He graduated from LIU with honors with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. Upon graduation, Dr. Nicholls migrated to Boston, Massachusetts where he attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, eventually receiving his D.M.D. in 1988. After graduating, he became a general practice resident with a concentration in oral maxillofacial surgery at Lincoln Hospital for one year. The following year, he became a chief resident in general dentistry at the Department of Dentistry at Harlem Hospital Center. After completion of his residency programs, Dr. Nicholls then moved to New Jersey to open his first dental practice. After residency Dr. Nicholls decided to join the Air Force Reserves and he has served his country for 25 years earning the rank of Lt. Colonel. Eventually Dr. Berkeley Nicholls decided to move to South Florida and opened Paramount Dental Care, P.A. in West Palm Beach, Florida in 2006. Along the way, Dr. Berkeley Nicholls has completed numerous training programs and has received many accolades and certifications. He has also earned Fellowship status in The International Congress of Oral Implantology (FICOI). During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, jogging and riding his motorcycle.
