For patients with dental insurance we are happy to work with your carrier to maximize your benefits and directly bill them for reimbursement for your treatment.

An important word about dental insurance – your dental benefit is an agreement between you and your insurance carrier and not between your insurance company and our office. If there is a problem, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the problem; however, you are ultimately responsible for payment. If you prefer, we can process a predetermination for treatment with your insurance carrier prior to treatment. This response will generally take approximately 4-6 weeks and is still not a guarantee of payment.
*However, if we do not receive payment from your insurance carrier within 60 days, you will be responsible for payments of your treatment fees and collection of your benefits directly from your insurance carrier.
